PGA Victoria 2022

PGA Tour 2022

On the 10th-13th of November, CD Motor Group in conjunction with our brand New Age Caravans Melbourne was a major sponsor of the Victorian PGA tournament hosted at Moonah Links. The weekend presented a great opportunity to show off our wider lifestyle brands with two New Age Caravans, cars and side-by-side machines around the clubhouse and both magnificent courses. We were minor sponsors in last year’s tournament, and since then with our rapid growth, we took the chance to display all our brands.

On the weekend, we had a group of 4 representing CD Motor Group. Our Managing Director, Cameron Doidge paired up with our Brand Ambassador, Cam John. And our General Manager, Ryk Ozols paired up with our business manager and very own pro, Heath Streat.

The Cam duo finished the second day in the top 25 which means they advanced to Saturday together. Unfortunately, Ryk and Heath failed to progress further. After a good day out on Saturday, it was just not enough to make the top 8 for Cameron Doidge to play on the final day.
On Sunday, the thunderstorms held off and we were able to follow Cam John, who finished T16, 5 under par for the tournament.

When arriving at the clubhouse there was a New Age Manta Ray 19ft on display, set up and ready for you to check out! Next to the clubhouse, we placed our Kia EV6 GT-Line AWD and the Mitsubishi Triton GSR on display on the front lawn.

Located on Hole 5 on the Open Course was our company branding with 2 Polaris vehicles that were the talk of the course. The RZR and RANGER look at home perched on the hill behind the PAR 3 tee. You were able to view our display from the clubhouse, enticing visitors to make their way over and spark questions.

On the 18th hole of the Legends Course, we had our branded Mitsubishi Triton with a New Age Manta Ray 16ft Adventurer caravan in tow. Greeting players as they finish up a challenging but fulfilling round of golf. On the final day, this Manta Ray was moved to the fairway of the 18th on the Open Course to be in view of the crowd and players completed their final round.
